EX-CHARLESTON HIGH-SCHOOL TEACHER DIES
Mrs. Arline England Smith, a retired schoolteacher at Charleston High School, died Sunday in McMillan Hospital following a short illness.
A resident of 3806 Staunton Avenue, she was a member of Christ Church United Methodist.
Surviving are a son, Brisben F. Smith, Jr. of Dunbar; sister, Mrs. Marjarie E. Atkins of Charleston; brother, F. Max England of Charleston, and two grandchildren.
The body is in the Simpson Funeral Home where friends may call after 7 p.m. today.
