She was married first to Willard Parker Lindley. Their marriage ended in divorce in 1926. Later she married Count Pietro Dandini deSylva.
Charlotte died in Switzerland and her remains were cremated and the ashes sent to Florence, Italy.

SANTA BARBARA, Feb. 24. Miss Charlotte LeRoy Ferry, a New York heiress and member of the "four hundred," married here this morning to William P. Lindley, a New Yorker. For three years the bride, because of her beauty, wealth and stunning gowns, has been a marked figure in Southern California hotel life. This season she has lived here with her mother and a large retinue of servants. Her New York home is at 63 West Fiftieth street. Mr. Lindley graduated at Yale in 1897 and later went into the British service in the Boer war. He was with Roberts' Horse, a South African cavalry organization. California Woman Wins Paris Divorce: PARIS, Nov. 22. A decree of divorce was granted today to Mrs. Willard Parker Lindley, whose maiden name was Charlotte Leroy Ferry. Desertion was charged. The Lindleys were married in Santa Barbara, Calif., February 24, 1902.
