Virginia L. Hanson, age 85, of the Apple Valley Health Care Center, formerly of Richfield. Preceded in death by husband, Norman. Survived by children and spouses, Bruce & Evy Hanson, Jean & Blair Nelson, Diane & John MacGibbon; grandchildren & their spouses, Kirsten & Robert Esquibel, Susan & Derek Laumbach, Erik Hanson, Karrin & Jim Meffert-Nelson, Andy Nelson, Kelsey MacGibbon, Mallory MacGibbon; great-grandchildren Alex, Henry, Haley, Owen & Noah; twin sister Joyce Jones; sister-in-law, Dorothy Rako; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Service Friday 11 am at House of Prayer Lutheran Church, 7625 Chicago Ave S. Private internment. Visitation Thursday 4-7 pm at the Morris Nilsen Funeral Chapel, 6527 Portland Ave S., Richfield, and one hour prior to service at church.
