Dewey E. Rainwater, age 84 of Macomb passed away March 12, 2016. Beloved husband of Gloria. Dear father of Lauren (Robert) Cousineau, Pamela Andrews, Gina (Scott) Lorenger, Jeffrey (Melanie) Rainwater and Gregg Rainwater. Loving grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Patricia (Fred) Salem, Delbert (Erna) Rainwater, Wanda Maroun and the late Violet Henshen, Harold "Tiny" Rainwater and Earl Rainwater. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral service 10:30 am Wednesday at Wm. Sullivan and Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Rd. (3 blks. E. of Van Dyke) Utica with Chaplain Herb Heavner from Heart to Heart Hospice officiating. Visitation Tuesday from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. time of service. Interment with military honors at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to Heart to Heart Hospice Foundation, The Alzheimer's Association or United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation.
