Robert Henry Miller, 71, of Phoenix, passed away at his home on February 8, 2016. Robert grew up in Kearney, Nebraska before serving in the United States Army from 1966 until 1968. He graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 1971 before moving to Arizona where he spent over 25 years in the banking industry. He was employed at 1st National Bank of Arizona, followed by 1st Interstate of Arizona, before retiring from Bank One. Robert was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Loretta. He is survived by his loving wife Lois, daughter Stephanie (Tom) Gosselin, grandchildren Anna Renee and Zander Robert Gosselin, sister Kathryn Chavez of Mesa, brother Richard (Annamae) Miller of Glendale, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be held at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Rd., Peoria, on Monday, February 15 at 10:00am,
with visitation one hour prior. A committal ceremony with military honors will be held on Tuesday, February 16 at 11:00am at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85024. ARIZONA REPUBLIC 12 FEB 2016
