Gladys H. Malone, 91, passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2015 surrounded by her family.

A Celebration of her life will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Frances Episcopal Church with the Rev. Ben Wells officiating. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Order of the Daughters of the King International, 101 Weatherstone Dr., Suite 870, Woodstock GA 30188.

Mrs. Malone was born in Crawford County, GA to the late John B. Gordon and Rosa Willa Walker Hutto. She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren E. Malone and her siblings, John B. Hutto, Jr., Horace A. Hutto, J. Garfield Hutto, Clement Hutto, Willa Mae Meyers, N. Okella Hutto and Thomas F. Hutto. Mrs. Malone was a member of St. Frances Episcopal Church, and a member of the Daughters of the Kings. She was retired from the VA Hospital in Dublin with thirty years of service. She was a devoted and loving, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, sister, and aunt.

She is survived by her sons; Dr. Ellis L. Malone and his wife, Betty Jean of Marietta, GA, John H. Malone, Sr. and his wife, Karen of Bolingbroke, GA, grandchildren; Toni Obenauf of McDonough, GA, Heather (Russell) Baggett of Cumming, GA, Bryan (Kristi) Malone of Gray, GA, Charlotte (John Winters) Malone of Cumming, GA, Megan (Ben) Hoffman of Chattahoochee Hills, GA, and John H. (Cheryl) Malone, Jr. of Barnesville, GA, nine great grandchildren, two great great granddaughters and several nieces and nephews.

Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery has charge of the arrangements.
