HORECZKO (nee Eleniak), Olga

In loving memory of Olga who passed away peacefully on March 24, 2003 at Fellburn Care Centre, Burnaby, BC in her 98th year. Olga was born in 1905 at Star, Alberta. She was the last surviving child of Wasyl Eleniak (1859 - 1956) of Chipman, Alberta, the first Ukrainian Pioneer in Canada. Predeceased by her husband, Andrew, daughters, Jo-Ann Mikeli, Louise Kropelnick and granddaughter Shirley Wilson. Left to celebrate her life is one daughter, three granddaughters, one grandson, three great-granddaughters, three great-grandsons, two great-great-granddaughters, son-in-law, Frank Mikeli, many nieces and nephews and family in BC and Alberta.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 550 West 14th Ave., Vancouver, BC on Friday, March 28, 2003 at 10:00 A.M., Father Joseph Pidskalny, O.S.B.M. Celebrant. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Burnaby. In lieu of flowers, donations to Fellburn Fellowship, 6050 E. Hastings St., North Burnaby, BC V5B 1R6 will be appreciated. Her family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff at Fellburn Care Centre for their care, support and kindness. Kearney Funeral Services 604-736-0268
