FRANKS – STEVENSON
Mr. Charles Gardner Franks of Rocksprings and Miss Ruth L. Stevenson of Junction were married in Junction Thursday morning of last week at 11:20 o'clock. The wedding took place at the home of Judge Coke R. Stevenson, brother of the bride, Rev. S. X. Swimme, Pastor of Junction Methodist church officiated.
Both are prominently connected young people. The groom is a son of County Assessor C. E. Franks – everybody in the county knows Gardner. The bride also is well known and has a host of friends here. She taught in the local High School last winter.
They have not made definite plans as yet for the future, but later they think they will live on Gardner's ranch some miles south of town. - [Edwards County Leader] - (The Junction Eagle, Junction, Tex, June 4, 1920
