ELIZABETH McCOMAS CLAIBORNE, widow of Thomas Douglas Claiborne, died at the Washington County Hospital Wednesday morning. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frederick F. McComas.
Since the death of her husband in Baltimore last October, Mrs. Claiborne has resided at 217 South Prospect Street, this city.
Funeral services were held at St. John's Episcopal Church; buirial was in Rose Hill Cemetery; pallbearers were Richard Alvey Jamison, John Vincent Jamison III, Victor D. Miller, Jr., Harvey H. Heyser, Jr, Charles McKee and David W. Byron.
