Mrs. Mary Kostohrys, 76, aunt of Gov. Kerner, died yesterday in her home at 2848 Millard av. Formerly Miss Rose Chmelik, she was the sister of Mrs. Rose Kerner, the governor's mother. Other survivors are her husband James; two daughters, Mrs. Violet Powell and Gladys Peterson; a son, James Jr.; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and another sister, Mrs. Charlotte Birmingham. Mass will be said at 9:30 tomorrow in Blessed Agnes Catholic church, 24th street and Central Park avenue.
