Burial information comes from Memphis Early Cemetery Burials: June 1840, Borland, Eliser Hart (w/Solon), Winchester, Banks List. The lot was purchased in 1840 by Solon Borland.

Though many of the bodies were removed from Winchester and reinterred at other cemeteries in the area, some still remained. There is no evidence to suggest that Elizabeth was removed and a call to Elmwood confirmed they have no records of receiving any Borland's from Winchester. (July 31 2014)

She was the second wife of Dr. Solon Borland.

Memphis Enquirer

Married on Tuesday evening last by the Rev. Philip W. Alston, Dr. Solon Borland, editor of the Western World, to Miss Eliza B. Hart, all of this place."

Her parents were William Hart (1774-1836) and Sarah Waters Wolcott (1779-1824). Eliza was born about 1817 in Ohio.

I've included the death announcement of her husband that was reprinted in the Memphis Daily Appeal Feb 25 1864:
Death of Hon. Solon Borland. The Houston Telegraph of the 19th ult, contains the announcement of the death of this gentleman. It says: "we regret to learn that Solon Borland, of Arkansas, died on the night of New Year's at Capt. Wm. Lubbock's in this county. His disease was pneumonia. Col. Borland is well known to the people of America, having long held prominent positions in public live. We only learned yesterday that he had been in this part of the county at all. His death will cause heartfelt regrets in his adopted State. He was we believe a native of Virginia, and for some time a resident of South Carolina, (they make no mention of the time he spent in Memphis), whence he removed to Arkansas.

Inscription

There are no markers. The Winchester Cemetery is defunct, most bodies were moved prior to 1890 to other cemeteries. The land was turned into a park.
