EVANSVILLE, Ind., Jan., 30-{UPI}-Mrs. Ida Hartke, 84, mother of Senator Vance Harte {D-Ind.}, died here Tuesday. Mrs. Hartke had been hospitalized since Dec. 11. The senator, a former Mayor of Evansville, was at her bedside when death came.
