Funeral services for Mr. Lucas were held Sept 12 at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Havana. Burial was in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Lucas was born June 7, 1931 in Chicago, he was a son of U.S. Senator Scott w, and Edith Biggs Lucas. He married Peggy Unruh, formerly of Havana, March 16, 1956.
Surviving are his wife; one daughter Kimberly of Springfield, three sons, Scot W. III and Bradley both of Havana and Randall H. of Sprinfield and one grandson.
His parents preceded him in death.
He was a member of the Sanitary and Operating Engineers.
