Haymarket Martyr. One of four martyrs hanged for allegedlly throwing a bomb, May 4, 1886, during the protest of killings at a labor rally at the McCormick Reaper plant on May 3rd.

Also there is some discrepancy regarding his birth date. He could not have been born in 1848 as his mother, Hannah Broadwell Parsons died in 1847. Albert Parsons was more likely born June 20, 1846 which would coincide with his "not yet two years old at her death". He may have also had nine sisters and brothers but only six living when Hannah died.
